Little Heroes Prague 4
In a family environment full of Montessori aids and toys, we prepare little heroes for life in the big world. Our programme is bilingual, so children from the age of one, the period in which they are linguistically most receptive, can get to know a language that is different from their mother tongue.

Respectful approach
They take care of your children

I was completely taken by the Montessori approach, so I decided to leave my original profession and devote my time to children, for whom we are creating environment full of stimuli. We honour the individuality of our little heroes and with their guides always staying close to them, we let their personalities to form. We naturally encourage them to communicate, cooperate, and be independent. As a mom of two, I know how important it is.

During high school, I lived with the idea of going to medical school and being a doctor in a white coat. However, thanks to the birth of my nephew, I threw that idea away and decided that I wanted to do what I sincerely enjoyed in life and felt inside that it was right. The Montessori approach offers me all of this. I worked in a Montessori nursery in Brno, where I enjoyed my work immensely and wanted to stay in such an environment. Therefore, after moving to Prague, I was looking for a place that honours respectful education and develops unique personalities in a non-violent way, with love and understanding.

I come from a large family where I’ve always been surrounded by children. I’m a proud aunt to several nieces and nephews, with whom I’ve spent a lot of time since they were little. From a young age, I participated in children's camps, where I often took care of the youngest groups, helping them with their daily needs. Working with children fulfills me because I can see how they grow and develop as individuals. I’m very happy to have found a job where I can fully apply this passion and help children discover the world, develop their abilities, and support their uniqueness. Every day, I look forward to the new experiences and joys we share together.

Ever since I was a little girl I longed to become a kindergarten teacher. After completing my master's degree at the Pedagogical Institute, I started working with children, first as a cantor in a school and later in a kindergarten. When I arrived in the Czech Republic, I also wanted to work in the field, so I was very happy to welcome the opportunity to join the collective of the local nursery school, where I meet children from different countries and especially Montessori pedagogy, which I had only superficial experience with so far. I find my work fulfilling and I gain experience that enriches me, and I love to pass all this on to the young children for whom our nursery is a second home.

I believe that childhood is the time when the foundation for life is laid. Working with children is not just a job for me, but a mission that I fulfill with love. For many years, I have been involved in the upbringing and education of children—both in my profession and as a mother of four children, some of whom have already successfully completed college. Thanks to training in mental health and conscious parenting, I have come to understand that every word, every hug, every moment has its meaning. With gratitude and love, I am part of this small but big world where hope is born and new beginnings are created.

I have been working with children for many years. My hobby is creative and artistic work, that's why I first decided to organize occasional art courses for children. After a few years, I took a nanny retraining course and started working with children intensively. I feel happy and safe in the company of young children, and I love to create the safe environment is for them as well. Children are a great inspiration for me and thanks to them I can see the world again through children's eyes and experience new adventures. Natural support, respect and understanding are the aspects that guide me in my work. I lead children to independence and responsibility, because just like us adults, children also want to keep their lives in their own hands, although for now with our natural support.

I am a trained nurse with extensive experience in caring for children of different ages. I gained this experience during my work experience in children's wards in many hospitals. I approach my work with love, patience and understanding for all the needs of your little ones. It gives me great joy to watch children learn new things every day.

As the house keeper of our children's group, I make sure that everything runs smoothly and that the children always have what they need. I raise my daughter in the same spirit that is inherent in our philosophy - with respect, love and understanding. My goal is to create an environment where children feel comfortable and parents can be assured that their little ones are cared for with the utmost care.
